Everything the app actually does

No mockups, no vaporware. Each card below maps to a working module in the dashboard.

Purchase orders, end to end

Statuses, payment terms, approve / complete lifecycle, pick / pack / dispatch, SKU scanning with camera, bulk AWB generation and printing, plus paste-from-Excel item entry.

Expenses with control

Category, account (cash / bank / card), and status tracking. Link expenses to purchase orders, approve and complete them, and export to CSV / XLSX.

Recaps and printable invoices

Funding sources plus linked orders and expense items, grand-total math (Sources − (Orders − Expenses)), spelled-out totals, and dedicated print views.

Inventory you can trust

Products with SKU, variants, buy / sell pricing and reorder levels. Storages, stock movements, and item movements keep every unit accounted for.

A dashboard that explains profit

Net profit, margin, and expense-to-revenue cards, revenue-vs-expenses-vs-profit charts, cost breakdowns, and trends across POs, expenses, recaps, and products.

Governance by default

Users, roles, permissions, and menus enforced per action (browse / read / create / update / delete / restore), with activity logs, notifications, and device tracking.

Four areas, one workflow

Master data feeds transactions, transactions feed recaps, and everything feeds the dashboard.

From master data to printed invoice in 4 steps

The happy path most teams follow.

1. Set up master data

Add companies, import products from Excel, tune configurations, and attach files.

2. Transact

Create purchase orders, expenses, and recaps — from the back office or the self-service My workspaces.

3. Approve and fulfill

Approve, pick / pack / dispatch, complete, then generate AWBs and print invoices.

4. Analyze and audit

Watch profitability update, export data, and trace every action in activity logs.

Built for teams that get audited

What the codebase enforces today — not a roadmap.

Credentials + reCAPTCHA

Email / password sign-in with reCAPTCHA, JWT sessions, email confirmation, and full forgot / reset recovery.

Role-based access, per action

Permissions checked per slug and per action. Missing rights land on a dedicated 403 page.

Traceability

Activity logs, notifications, and device infos record who did what, where, and when.

Sane defaults

Two languages (EN / ID), dark mode, validated uploads, and CSV / XLSX exports everywhere.

Honest answers

Grounded in the current routes and code — no invented pricing or SSO.

No. Invoicing (recaps with print views) is one piece. The system also runs purchase orders, expenses, products, storages, stock movements, rental contracts, and payments, all rolled into a profitability dashboard.

Records move through save → approve → complete (plus pick / pack / dispatch for orders). Each transition is permission-gated, so officers, admins, and superusers see different actions.

Yes. Paste rows straight from Excel or upload CSV / XLS / XLSX. The importer matches by product column or SKU and reports exactly which names were not found.

Yes. Recaps and purchase orders have dedicated print routes, and AWBs can be bulk-generated and printed from the order tables.

Access is enforced per menu slug and per action (browse, read, create, update, delete, restore). Unauthorized visits redirect to sign-in or the 403 page.

Start where the work happens: the dashboard

Create an account, set up products, then run a purchase order → expense → recap cycle and print the invoice.
